Full Stack Developer - Bilingual Spanish/English (WFH)

We're looking for talented Full Stack Developers from Junior up to Senior levels to join our teams and contribute to our cutting-edge projects.Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop: Create and maintain both the front-end and back-end of web applications, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Code and Implement: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in a variety of languages and frameworks. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across the entire stack. Implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Propose and implement new tools and techniques to improve development processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architectures.Qualifications:- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Development Tools: Familiarity with development tools and workflows (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred Qualifications:- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
